On January 7, 2022, in response to the 12th National Youth Union Congress and the 16th Hanoi Youth Union Congress; celebrating the 72nd anniversary of the Traditional Day of Students and Vietnam Student Association (January 9, 1950 – January 9, 2022) and the National Day of Innovation (January 10), Youth Union – Vietnamese Student Association in Hanoi held the 2nd Capital Innovation Day – 2022.
Within the framework of the Innovation Day, Youth Union – Student Association of the city organized 2 seminars and workshops for young people, students of innovation and digital transformation, including the seminar “Career orientation, jobs and startup opportunities in the digital era” and the symposium “Assessing funding needs, orienting to support the completion of the project and improving presentation skills on products, services and applied technologies” (Project 844). The seminar was attended by a group of experienced speakers in the field of entrepreneurship – innovation. Ms. Nguyen Phuong Linh – Executive Director of Management and Sustainable Development Institute (MSD/United Way Vietnam) – Representative of Shinhan Square Bridge Vietnam Program was invited to the workshop no. 2 as a speaker. Here, Ms. Phuong Linh shared her views and experiences, provided more information to students about job orientation, digital transformation as well as helped startups and investors have more new perspectives in expanding their networks and investments, especially in the field of innovation that creates social impact.
Also within the framework of the event, the startups of the Social Challenge and Innovation Village – TECHFEST 2021 participated in the display, showcasing the products and attracting the interest of the guests.
