There are 3 million citizens with visual impairment in Vietnam and only 20% of them are in employment- mostly unstable or low-income jobs. In general, people with visual impairment spend time at home with limited access to social and economic activities.
GOALS
200 citizens with visual impairment access to technologies or tools that will make their learning or social/economic activities easy to reach their potential.
MODEL
A. 100 people with visual impairment are invited to selected HNMC District 10 cafes and restaurants where installed technology to welcome consumers with disabilities.
B. 100 people with visual impairment access to technology and tools helping them learn effectively at school.
