With Vietnam’s transition to a higher value economy, the country faces the challenge of matching jobs and youths with relevant skillsets especially in the fourth industry sector. Gender, ethnicity, location, income and regions play a crucial role in discrepancies in youth employment outcomes. The initiative will offer labor-market-driven job training.

GOALS

250+ youths in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City receive quality job training and 100+ of them are connected to employment such as AI data-labeler and emoji designer.

MODEL

Selected Civil Social Organizations (CSOs) will offer job training to youths, women, and people with disabilities. Employers are secured for AI data labelling or emoji designing jobs.
